Woodlesford is a great place to live not least for its transport routes. From the railway station, it’s only one stop and five minutes from Leeds and the service also runs to nearby suburbs as well as Xscape at Castleford and Meadowhall shopping centre. The M62/M1 motorway network is a short drive away.
There are good nurseries and schools in the area and a number of good
pubs/restaurants as well as shopping services, with a large Lidl and a Co-op.
There are lovely waterside walks along the river and the canal.
